A student from Marion was awarded by the state professional association of certified public accountants.

Raegan Rapoza, a student at Bryant University, received the Women in Accounting Scholarship Silver Scholarship by the MassCPAs Educational Foundation’s 2024 Scholarship Program.

Rapoza was one of 51 students to receive a scholarship. Scholarship winners were honored at a May 8 MassCPA annual member-wide networking event.

"The dedication and talent of these scholarship recipients is truly inspiring," said Zach Donah, president and CEO of MassCPAs.

The mission of the MassCPAs Education Foundation is “to inspire and support the next generation of CPAs in Massachusetts,” a press release said.
