Plumb Corner hosts haunted afternoon

Rochester — Plumb Corner hosted its annual Halloween festival on Saturday afternoon. Kids of all ages showed up dressed in costume for a costume contest, a haunted house, cookie decorating and a dance party. For photos from the spooky afternoon, see below.
