Sounds for relaxation, healing, pain relief

Oct 10, 2016

Marion — On Friday, Oct. 14 the Sippican Woman’s Club and the Marion Council on Aging will co-sponsor a program at the Music Hall with Reiki master/teacher Sally Hamer.

Hamer, a retired nurse and owner of My Private Practice Holistic Center, will bring her crystal singing bowls whose sounds are said to affect organs, cells, tissue and body systems, to balance the physical and harmonize the body, mind and spirit and to aid in pain relief relaxation and healing.

There will be a finger good luncheon first at 12:30 p.m. followed by Hamer's program at 1:30 p.m.

To obtain the full value of Hamer’s program, participants may bring a yoga mat or they may sit in a chair. This meeting is free and open to the public.

Parking is available at the Landing Wharf parking lot located across from the Music Hall.
