The Town of Marion, acting through the Office of the Town Administrator and Chief Procurement Officer, invites bids for qualified vendors to design, supply and install a Source Capture Emergency Vehicle Exhaust Fume Removal System at Marion Fire Headquarters.  Bid specifications are available in the Office of the Board of Selectmen, 2 Spring Street, Marion, MA 02738.  Qualified persons or firms are requested to submit bids to the Town Administrator, Two Spring St., Marion, MA 02738 no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2017.  The Town of Marion reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this Invitation to Bid if it is in the Town’s best interest to do so.
