Mattapoisett — There's no snow in the tri-town to make actual snowmen, but the Mattapoisett Library found the next best thing.

Children gathered at the library on Friday afternoon to make arts and crafts snowmen on their final day of February vacation. The bodies were made from empty juice bottles painted white, the hats from socks, the faces from buttons and the noses from pipe cleaners.
