Marion — New housing could be going in on Route 6.

David Davignon from N. Douglas Schneider & Associates, Inc. met with the Planning Board on Monday night to represent Henry and Judith Dejesus.

Davignon was before the board to get endorsement for a reconfiguration of lot lines on the property, located on Bournhurst Road off of Route 6 opposite of Gilda’s Stone Rooster. The plan did not require approval, but the Planning Board did endorse dividing the existing lot into four smaller ones.

One lot would be 11.95 acres, the second lot would be 3.31 acres, the third 3.67 acres and the fourth 10.49 acres. According to board members, the lots will be used for single family houses.
