Residents Give a “Helping Hand” at The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center

Wareham, Massachusetts - July 7, 2017- Starting this summer, The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center is taking part in helping the homeless. Residents are participating in a program that teaches people to convert plastic bags into lightweight sleeping mats for the homeless community. The bags are cut, made into “yarn”, and then crocheted into sleeping mats. We are pleased to be able to participate in this worthy and vital program.

The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center offers a wide range of service such as; Short-Term Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, Respite Care as well as a Continuum of Care Offered for Hospice Services. Please call 508.295.1040 to schedule a private tour today.
